**Process Specialist – Banking Sector** **Location:** CDMX **Modality:** On-site **Area:** Process Improvement / Regulatory Compliance / Planning **Job Description** We are seeking a **Process Specialist** to join a leading banking institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for participating in the design, redesign, control, and continuous improvement of institutional processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with financial sector regulatory and operational standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in the implementation of **process design and redesign strategies**, identifying opportunities in collaboration with process owners. * Evaluate the **cost-benefit relationship and productivity** of factors within each process to generate proposals that enhance performance standards. * Support the proposal of **organizational structures** using methodologies that ensure alignment with institutional processes. * Analyze and propose the **distribution of core functions** across departments to define responsibilities and support decision-making. * Identify and analyze information related to process changes and **Institutional Regulations**, providing inputs to the **Regulatory Improvement Committee (COMERI)**. * Support the administration, control, and preservation of **institutional regulations (physical and electronic)**, ensuring access and availability in accordance with the **General Archives Law**. * Respond to requests for updates and consultations on current regulations from process owners and stakeholders, ensuring service level compliance. * Participate in the design, coordination, administration, and monitoring of **the institution’s** involvement in **Process Improvement and Management Programs** promoted by the Federal Government and external organizations. * Ensure the proper implementation of these programs within the institution \* * **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Processes, Systems, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial institutions, development banking, or commercial banking. * Knowledge of process management, continuous improvement, BPM methodologies, reengineering, organizational analysis, or regulatory frameworks. * Familiarity with internal regulations, institutional policies, and document control. * Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory committees. * Analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, and strong management skills. **We Offer** * Salary of $32,236.53 * Benefits * Career development opportunities within a solid financial institution * Continuous training * Professional environment focused on improvement and operational excellence Interested candidates should apply through this platform Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,726.16 - $32,875.89 per month Work Location: On-site employment
