Position Summary: We are seeking passionate Instructors to deliver courses on Organizational Change Management and Organizational Leadership, develop training materials, and assess learning outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in delivering organizationally critical training courses 2. Develop instructional materials and administer assessments to support learning 3. Actively interact with groups and resolve questions We are looking for talented and passionate professionals to serve as **Instructors**, collaborating in the delivery of courses related to **Organizational Change Management and Organizational Leadership**. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree. * Ability to develop course materials. * Availability to deliver the Organizational Change Management course, totaling 16 hours (scheduled as: Friday 4 hours, Saturday 8 hours, and Friday 4 hours). * Availability to deliver the Organizational Leadership course, totaling 16 hours (scheduled as: Friday 8 hours and Saturday 8 hours). * Availability to deliver courses in person at Providencia Street, Col. del Valle Centro, Benito Juárez. **Experience in:** * Excellent communication and group facilitation skills. * Prior experience as a trainer or instructor, having delivered courses on Organizational Change Management or Organizational Leadership. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (trainer, instructor, or facilitator). **Primary Responsibilities:** * Deliver active training to groups of participants. * Address questions related to the subject matter and conduct interactive activities to reinforce learning. * Design and administer assessments to verify that learning objectives have been achieved. **Skills and/or Competencies:** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms. * Experience managing diverse groups. * Service-oriented attitude. * High level of responsibility and adaptability. * Stress tolerance. * Self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive. **Work Location:** * Colonia del Valle Centro, Benito Juárez Borough, Mexico City.
