Experience: Minimum 5 years, preferably in the field Knowledge: Recruitment, selection, hiring, training, payroll, IMSS, disabilities, contract preparation, file management Skills: · Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · IDSE AND SUA (registrations, terminations, and modifications) Abilities: Leadership, personnel management, working under pressure, goal-oriented work. **Duties to perform:** · Pre-payroll and personnel incident control; plan, monitor, and execute personnel actions (promotions, transfers, vacations, settlements, disabilities, etc.) · Recruitment of administrative, specialized, and operational staff. · Development of KPIs (Turnover, Hires vs. Terminations, Recruitment) · Strategies for more effective and controlled processes · Coordination of follow-up for new talents (Induction, Welcome) · Integration activities, evaluations, talent development, and identification of opportunity areas. · Implementation of strategies to reduce absenteeism · Control and monitoring of training programs · Supervision and control of security, cafeteria, and maintenance services · Coordination and implementation of virtual and in-person training programs · Enforce internal policies and regulations to improve workplace climate · Tabulate salaries and wages · Knowledge of NOM 35 · Manage and implement organizational culture (Mission, Vision, Values, and Institutional History) · Develop and implement corporate code of ethics · Analysis and updating of employee files · Analysis and updating of job profiles · Analysis and management of KPIs and productivity · Compliance with standards and certifications · Management of unionized personnel Working hours: Job type: Full-time Shift type: * Includes weekends Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (desirable) Experience: * Recruitment and selection: 5 years (required) Work location: On-site Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site
