Position Summary: Hospital San Angel Inn HMG is seeking a Human Capital Analyst (generalist) to design, implement, and evaluate organizational development programs and manage organizational culture and change. Structuring of human capital measurement indicators HOSPITAL SAN ANGEL INN HMG STANDS OUT FOR PROVIDING PATIENTS WITH WARMTH, QUALITY, ETHICS, AND EFFICIENCY; IT IS CURRENTLY SEEKING TALENT SUCH AS: HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST (generalist) REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field (degree and professional license required). * General knowledge: Recruitment, training, payroll, indicator development, organizational climate, events, institutional programs, intermediate Excel, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implementation of organizational development programs. * Promotion of organizational culture. * Management of organizational change. * Structuring of human capital measurement indicators for various hospital units. * Management of demands from the Corporate Human Capital Directorate related to achieving group-level strategic objectives. * Design, execution, and evaluation of institutional programs and projects related to organizational development. Compensation: $17,200 gross monthly (pre-tax). Income tax (ISR) and Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) contributions apply. Statutory benefits (Social Security coverage from day one, 20-day Christmas bonus, 12 vacation days, 25% vacation premium, Profit Sharing Bonus - PTU).
