At **SIMEX**, we are looking for a responsible, organized Junior Compensation Executive with a high focus on administrative accuracy to join our Human Resources department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and update the **Employee Catalog**. * Authorize, create, and maintain up-to-date **organizational positions**. * Prepare and update the **asset database**, as well as manage personnel **hires and terminations**. * Execute internal transfers: changes in immediate supervisor, work schedules, timekeeping methods, position, or department. * Manage and verify **life insurance policies**, including processing new enrollments, submitting, and reconciling active policies. * Record **disability cases** and submit corresponding documentation to Social Security. * Follow up on **maternity benefits**. * Prepare, consolidate, and validate **payroll incidents**. * Generate **contingency reports**, and track voluntary and involuntary terminations. * Conduct and verify **exit interviews**. * Follow up on the **signing and submission of final settlement documents (finiquitos)**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation, organizational movements, payroll, or personnel administration. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of hiring, termination, payroll incident, and Social Security processes. * Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability. **We Offer** * Monthly net salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Positive work environment.
