The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing human capital policies aligned with the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement recruitment, training, and development strategies. Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits processes. Promote a positive, high-performance work environment. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on talent and culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in HR roles.
