Join our team! **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Coordinate the design, updating, and evaluation of the university’s curricula and academic programs, ensuring alignment with SEP regulations, labor market needs, academic quality standards, and the institution’s educational model. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the design, redesign, and updating of curricula. * Develop and review curriculum maps, graduate profiles, and professional competencies. * Ensure academic programs comply with SEP guidelines and institutional regulations. * Coordinate with academic departments on updating course content and curriculum structure. * Participate in compiling academic files for RVOE (Official Recognition of Validity of Studies) applications or modifications. * Periodically evaluate the relevance and validity of educational programs. * Develop guidelines for designing academic programs delivered in online mode. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Curriculum Design, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Education, Educational Innovation, or Educational Management is desirable. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in curriculum design or updating in higher education. * Experience developing curricula and academic programs for RVOE. * Participation in academic accreditation processes or program evaluations. * Experience working with multidisciplinary academic teams. **Key Knowledge Areas** * Higher education regulations in Mexico * RVOE guidelines * Competency-based curriculum design * Educational models and teaching methodologies * Educational innovation and digital education We Offer * Statutory benefits * **Salary: MXN 18K** * **Uncapped commissions** * **Short-term career growth** * **Scholarships up to 70%** for further studies * Discounts at optical stores and cafeterias Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
