The selected candidate will be **fundamental in ensuring the proper operation of our boilers and sausage-making machines**, thereby contributing to the efficiency and safety of our operations. **Responsibilities:** * **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers and sausage-making equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical components.** * Monitor machine operation and detect potential failures or malfunctions for immediate repair to ensure continuous production. * Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance. * Verify and, if necessary, request supplies required to operate energy and utility supply equipment, ensuring its continuous operation. * Complete equipment operation logs to evaluate efficiency and implement preventive measures to extend equipment service life. * General plant maintenance. * Maintain good conditions, order, and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience with **pressure-containing equipment** * **Knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance**, industrial machinery, **air compressors**, water pumping systems, **steam and condensate lines**. * Technical degree in mechanics, electricity, machinery and tools preferred. * Proactive with a sense of urgency. * Problem-solving ability and technical repair skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $15,000, negotiable** * Option for indefinite-term contract. * **5 working days per week** * Statutory benefits. * **Monthly food allowance.** * Job stability.
