Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Engineer to perform equipment and machinery repairs, primarily in the workshop, with possible field support to experienced engineers. Key Highlights: 1. Tasks will be performed primarily at the technical service workshop facilities; occasionally, field visits will be required to assist one of the more experienced engineers. **Responsibilities (including but not limited to):** * Address internal customers’ needs * Resolve practical problems with skill and efficiency * Maintain workshop order and cleanliness, as well as inventory of equipment and tools assigned * Maintain service scheduling order, adjusting service priorities according to Commercial Director’s requirements * Provide remote customer support to assist in diagnosing and resolving issues or pre-diagnosing them for workshop intake * Assist in general organization of equipment under service and equipment awaiting repair * Other duties as assigned * Repair of control cards and PCVs **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering * Experience in electronic and mechanical equipment repair and maintenance * Experience handling manual and electric tools \[e.g., drill, grinder, soldering iron] * Ability to interpret electrical and electronic diagrams * Intermediate technical English * Teamwork capability * Adherence to standards and procedures * Daily work order and cleanliness **We Offer:** · Job stability · Statutory benefits · Uniforms · $11,000 monthly gross salary · Performance metric-based bonuses · Attendance and punctuality bonus · Career advancement opportunities · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 10:00–14:00 hrs Work location: On-site, full-time (Cuauhtémoc, CDMX, one block from the historic center) Interested candidates may apply through this channel Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $11,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application questions: * Do you have experience repairing control cards or PCVs? * In which area have you primarily worked? * Are you familiar with communication between control cards? * Have you worked with power electronics?
