Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for filling lines, responsible for minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with maintenance programs. Key Highlights: 1. Minimize downtime and perform equipment repairs. 2. Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. 3. Train operators and supervisors on technical processes. **SMART MAKEUP IS SEEKING A MAINTENANCE MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN FILLING LINES.** **Requirements:** · Education: Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Technician or Engineer. · Minimum 5 years in similar positions within the liquid-filling industry, either industrial or food-related. · Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and continuous improvement projects. · Experience implementing occupational health and safety self-management programs. · Participation in quality audits. **Job Responsibilities:** · Responsible for minimizing downtime, performing equipment repairs and improvements. · Verify compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. · Responsible for the filling line team. · Responsible for training operators, mechanics, and supervisors on technical processes and procedures related to their area of expertise. · Collaborate with management on special projects. · Define and implement high standards of safety and good manufacturing practices at the plant, specifying objectives, deadlines, and responsibilities to ensure compliance and results. · Development of operational procedures and failure modes for plant equipment. · Innovation and improvements in line or process design. · Control of spare parts and equipment issuance, allocation, usage, and maintenance. · Compliance with quality, safety, and food safety systems. · Compliance with STPS Norm 030. · Analyze, review, and follow up on issues detected on the production line. · Implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance programs. **Knowledge Requirements:** · Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene. · Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. · Knowledge of ISO 45001. · Knowledge of STPS Norm 030. · ISO 22716 knowledge of good manufacturing practices. · ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS). **We Offer:** · Salary: $20,000 MXN net (100% nominal salary structure). · Statutory benefits from day one. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday morning shift. Work location: Alce Blanco Industrial Zone, Calle 3, Naucalpan, State of Mexico. Position type: Full-time, indefinite term. Salary: $20,000.00 MXN per month. Workplace: On-site employment
