We require a licensed Engineer or recent graduate residing in CDMX to conduct ergonomic studies based on STPS regulations and the RFSST. This is an in-person, full-time position. Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. \* Willingness to travel. A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND EXPERIENCE DRIVING STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLES ARE MANDATORY. Required Knowledge: \* General knowledge of STPS regulations. \* Familiarity with NOM-036-1-STPS-2018 (Office Chair Standard), NOM-037-STPS-2023 (Ergonomic Risk Prevention Standard) (desirable). \* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Main Responsibilities: \* Fieldwork: collecting information and conducting interviews with workers at the workplace being assessed (within and outside Mexico City). \* Information processing: developing ergonomic methodologies, entering results, drawing conclusions, and drafting reports under supervision. \* Recording and organizing databases or forms. \* Supporting internal and external training: developing informational materials, presentations, guidelines, etc. \* Researching ergonomic implementation practices. \* Working with interdisciplinary teams within the company.
