This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in **US pharmaceutical managed care, government pricing, and gross‑to‑net calculations**, who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment and want to be part of a long‑term, scalable delivery model.**Key responsibilities*** Perform **complex rebate calculations** related to managed care, Medicaid, and government programs. * Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and translate it into **accurate, client‑ready deliverables**. * Ensure high levels of **accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance** across all assigned work. * Manage recurring, production‑focused workloads with consistency and attention to detail. * Support **client‑facing interactions**, including responding to questions and explaining analyses when required. * Collaborate closely with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders. * Use internal calculation tools and **advanced Excel** to support analysis and reporting. **Required experience \& skills*** **US pharmaceutical industry experience is required**. * Strong background in one or more of the following areas: + Managed care + Medicaid + Government pricing + Gross‑to‑net calculations * Proven experience handling **complex rebate calculations**. * **Advanced Excel skills** (required). * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. * Clear and professional **written and verbal communication skills in English**. * Ability to work in a **fast‑paced, production‑driven environment** with recurring deadlines. **Nice to have*** Experience working for **pharmaceutical manufacturers or consulting firms supporting US pharma clients**. * Experience with **Model N** or similar proprietary / competitor pricing tools. * Prior client‑facing or stakeholder‑management experience. **Education*** Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. **Why join us*** Be part of a **strategic near‑shore expansion** supporting US pharmaceutical clients. * Join a team with long‑term growth potential and career development opportunities. * Work closely with experienced global teams in a highly visible, business‑critical role.
