Assists in the inspection of systems and furniture relocation **A leading healthcare company is seeking:** **Job Description:** **Maintenance Assistant** Experience in: - Document management (maintenance logs) - Performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other infrastructure-related repairs - Addressing reported malfunctions or defects in facilities, furniture, or equipment - Executing scheduled inspection and maintenance routines (lubrication, cleaning, mechanical adjustments, etc.) - Implementing the preventive maintenance plan for machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient and continuous operation - Performing corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities - Assisting in the inspection of electrical, ventilation, lighting, and equipment systems - Installing shelves, supports, signage, equipment, etc. - Participating in furniture relocation, equipment repositioning, and space adaptation - Properly handling manual, electric, and measuring tools - Maintaining assigned tools and equipment in good condition; reporting damage or loss - Assisting in basic exterior maintenance tasks and technical cleaning - Conducting rounds to verify the overall condition of facilities - Executing assigned activities according to defined plans and priorities - Completing required documentation (logs, checklists, etc.) - Other duties as determined by General Management or the immediate supervisor Schedule: Monday to Friday — Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 16:30; Friday and Saturday, 07:00 to 14:00 Work Location: Naucalpan (behind the Naucalpan Red Cross) We Offer: Salary: 9,500 monthly (biweekly payment) Statutory benefits Interested candidates are kindly requested to apply through this channel.
