The Engineering Manager will oversee human and material resources within the department to ensure the availability, presentation, and proper maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment, control systems, and hotel guestrooms, thereby ensuring service quality and operational readiness of all property assets. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within ultra-luxury hospitality. * Prior experience in pre-openings or openings of ultra-luxury hotels. * Familiarity with safety regulations, fire codes, and environmental standards. * Excellent leadership skills. * Bilingual in Spanish and English
