(Intern or graduate) Age: 25 years old Gender: Indifferent Valid driver’s license, Class A Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities: * Install and configure new equipment according to the needs of each department within the organization. * Maintain database backups through manual and automated backup procedures. * Coordinate technical support with external vendors. * Configure servers (RAID, operating system installation, database installation and setup, internal network connectivity), and migrate data to new equipment using database administration tools. * Safeguard and maintain technological equipment assigned for loan, by means of a tracking log to ensure control and maintenance. * Carry out specific assignments for the department as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Ensure proper equipment operation by responding to user requests recorded in the service log. * Perform scheduled maintenance on technological equipment according to established timelines. * Stay informed about changes made to SGC documents affecting the process, via the SCoD platform.
