




Food company is looking for a **Production Manager**: **Experience**: \-Preferably more than 5 years in a similar position. \-Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations (e.g., GMPs, HACCP management system, etc.). \-Personnel management experience, as a leader and team motivator. **Responsibilities:** \-Operations supervision \- Coordinate and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production. \-Personnel management \- Lead and motivate the production team; coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse/logistics departments to ensure a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. \-Planning and scheduling \- Develop efficient weekly production schedules and on-time deliveries. \-Quality and regulatory control \- Supervise and ensure that production processes comply with quality and food safety standards, as well as applicable government regulations. \-Inventory management \- Coordinate inventory management to ensure adequate availability of raw materials and finished products. \-Continuous improvement \- \-Budget and costs \- Manage the assigned production budget. \-Interdepartmental coordination **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Saturday, 9 am to 2 pm Statutory benefits.
