Lead and develop the finance team **OPEN POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER** Boutique Hotel Group | Full-time | On-site / Hybrid (as per operational requirements) **POSITION PURPOSE** Lead the creation and consolidation of the Finance Department, ensuring financial control, tax compliance, and clear visibility of financial information for strategic decision-making, supporting the transition toward a robust and scalable financial operation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and structure the Finance Department. * Define and implement processes, policies, and internal controls. * Prepare and monitor hotel-level and corporate budgets. * Supervise accounting, monthly closings, and financial statements. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and financial regulations. * Manage cash flow, payments, and collections. * Generate executive financial reports for senior management. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Lead and develop the finance team. * Support growth initiatives and operational transitions. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in finance-related roles. * Demonstrable experience in **structuring or reorganizing finance departments**. * Solid knowledge of: * Accounting and finance * Taxation (Income Tax, VAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) * Budgeting and cash flow management * Experience in hospitality, tourism, or service industries is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
