At MacStore, you will receive the necessary technical training for your role and lifelong professional experience. **PAYROLL ANALYST** **What Do You Need?** Passion for technology and the payroll field * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed) * Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables, macros (technical test required) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in: tax calculations, disability leave processing, severance settlements, final settlements, and Sunday premium payments * Payroll administration (biweekly and weekly) for teams of at least 1,000 employees * Experience using ERP or accounting\-payroll systems * Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS regulations **Responsibilities:** * Execute payroll processing * Calculate Sunday premiums, vacation bonuses, and final settlements * Report attendance and payroll incidents * Manage IMSS-related tasks **MacStore Benefits:** * Monthly salary of $16,000 MXN gross (100% nominal pay structure with direct employment contract) * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Savings fund * Funeral expense assistance * Punctuality bonus of 12\.5% of base salary for plant attendance **Work Location:** Col.
