Job Summary: Coordinate network infrastructure and cybersecurity solution implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in continuous improvement and operational optimization **Objective** This position will be responsible for coordinating network infrastructure and cybersecurity solution implementations, ensuring compliance with timelines, operational quality, technical standards, and customer satisfaction. We seek candidates with solid technical expertise in networking and cybersecurity, as well as operational coordination and technology project management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate network and security implementation projects. * Analyze and validate technical solution designs. * Manage validations and delivery of Layer 2 \& Layer 3 services. * Coordinate activities among technical teams, vendors, and customers. * Provide troubleshooting support and incident resolution. * Supervise SLA compliance, quality, and documentation. * Participate in continuous improvement and operational optimization initiatives. * Manage activity tracking and on-time delivery compliance. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure. * Strong knowledge of Switching \& Routing. * Experience with Wireless technologies. * Implementation and administration of cybersecurity solutions. * Experience with Layer 2 \& Layer 3 connectivity. * Knowledge of Service Delivery operations. * Experience coordinating technical projects or enterprise implementations. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, Networking, Information Technologies, or related field. **Desired Certifications** * CCNA / CCNP * Fortinet NSE * Palo Alto Networks * ITIL Foundation * Cybersecurity certifications (preferred) **Specialized Tools and Software** * Cisco technologies * Fortinet solutions * Monitoring and ticketing tools * Project management platforms * Network documentation and reporting tools **Work Environment Experience** * Telecommunications * ISP / Carrier * Service Delivery * Managed Services * Enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $40,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote, 11000, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX
