**CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Location: Aguascalientes, Ags.** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget · Car4u.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and monitor the company’s operational expenses. * Analyze variances between actual and budgeted expenses. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reports. * Review and validate invoices, receipts, and payment requests. * Support the preparation of the annual budget. * Propose improvement actions to enhance spending efficiency. * Collaborate with various departments to verify the nature and necessity of expenses. * Monitor compliance with internal financial control policies. * Participate in internal and external audits related to costs. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in similar roles involving financial analysis and control. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Basic accounting and tax regulations. **Skills:** * Financial analysis. * Attention to detail. * Organizational ability. * Effective communication. * Ethics and confidentiality. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9 am–2 pm and 4 pm–7:30 pm * Saturdays: 9 am–2 pm **Salary:** * $20,000 gross * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements * Career growth opportunities Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
