Description

Position Summary: Accounting professional with experience in billing, accounts receivable and payable, specialized in the transportation/logistics sector. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in billing and collections. 2. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. 3. In-depth knowledge of SAT tax regulations. III. Main Functions and Responsibilities 1\. Billing Area Issuance, stamping, and cancellation of invoices (CFDI 4.0) in accordance with services rendered (freight, handling, etc.). Generation of Cartas Porte (in their current version) and payment complements within established deadlines. Validation of clients' tax information (Tax Status Certificates). 2\. Accounts Receivable (Collections) Area Daily monitoring of client portfolio and application of payments in the ERP system. Collection management via telephone and email, ensuring compliance with granted credit terms. Reconciliation of balances with clients and resolution of discrepancies arising from rejections or withholdings. 3\. Accounts Payable Area Receipt, fiscal validation (XML and PDF), and registration of supplier invoices (fuel, maintenance, tolls, etc.). Weekly/biweekly scheduling of payments for approval by Management. Reconciliation of account statements with key suppliers and management of credit notes. IV. Professional Profile (Requirements) Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (completed or advanced incomplete degree). Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years performing all three functions (mandatory experience in the transportation/logistics sector to handle Carta Porte and sector-specific withholdings). Required Technical Knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, logical formulas, data cross-referencing). Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Contpaqi Comercial/Facturación, SAE, SAP, or transportation-specialized software). In-depth knowledge of SAT tax regulations (CFDI 4.0, payment complements, cancellation schemes). Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
