




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan and implement projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure objective achievement through KPI analysis and results reporting. End-to-end project management and executive presentation of results. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering 2 years of experience in implementation project management, preferably in cleaning services, maintenance, pest control, or industrial dining services. Advanced Excel proficiency Executive presentation skills Willingness to travel occasionally **Responsibilities and Objectives** Plan processes for assigned projects and create project charters. Implement program activities and monitor progress toward objectives. Serve as the liaison between operational teams such as Operations, Legal, Finance, HR, and other key departments. Lead alignment meetings, establish service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure cross-team synergy. Generate executive reports on initiative progress and KPI analysis to support decision-making. Identify improvement opportunities and resolve potential deviations or risks in real time. Develop stabilization plans and close out projects. Document progress, generate status reports, and present results to management and clients. **Competencies**: Excellent verbal and written communication. Results orientation and conflict resolution.
