**Job Description** **Mexico City** **Education Level** * A Bachelor’s degree in biology and/or chemical or brewing science, and a minimum of 15 years’ experience in Quality is required. * A Master’s degree in Quality and Productivity is preferred. **Required Experience** Minimum of 15 years of experience **Skills** *Soft Skills* * Must have a proven track record in people management with the ability to build a motivated, high-performing team. * Proven team leadership experience is required. * Proven ability to prioritize and reallocate resources to achieve goals and improve the bottom line. * Requires highly developed communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. * Must have a strong team and service orientation and be able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external business associates. *Technical Skills* * A Master’s degree in Quality and Productivity Systems is preferred. * Brewing Science knowledge is required. * Quality/Regulatory background with exposure to brewing/distilling and packaging is preferred. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. **Summary** Purpose: To lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the “Quality Culture, Strategy \& Performance”. Scope: Decisions considering the full PDSA\* cycle of Quality Standards in CBI – Beer Division, upstream and downstream across the following macro\-processes: 1\. Value Chain, from Suppliers to Customers \& Consumers. 2\. Product lifecycle, from Idea to Product Competitiveness in US market. 3\. Project lifecycle, from Project Brief to Production to Market. Short Term Focus: To ensure the continuous improvement of the following Plans \& Programs: * Consumer Care / Total Customer Insights. * Quality by Design (QbD). * Profit of Quality (PoQ). * Quality and Food Safety/Defense/Fraud Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, C\-TPAT, HACCP/TACCP/VACCP, FSMA act). * Shelf Life Management / Freshness Program (OTIF \+ Freshness). * End\-to\-End (E2E) Traceability. * Knowledge Management (RCA, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking). The Quality Vice President will lead the Quality Organization across the Supply Chain, having two direct reports: * Sr. Director, Manufacturing Quality (suppliers, breweries, finished goods warehouse). * Sr. Director, Market / Distribution Quality (Loading, transportation, distributors, retail, consumer) **Responsibilities** 1\. Deliver an assurance and excellence program to prevent any Recall or Severe Quality incidents involving our Liquids and Packaging, while enhancing the Great Taste experience and Best On\-Shelf Quality of our iconic Brands. 2\. Ensure performance and excellence in Quality across CBI Breweries end\-to\-end — from raw materials, brewing processes, Laboratories and yeast management, up to Packaging and product release for export — covering an on\-time schedule and high\-Quality performance aligned with our Quality Standards. 3\. Deliver a Quality- and Risk-based surveillance program for all new liquids and brand extensions in partnership with our Innovation and R\&D Teams, ensuring that all new protocols and procedures are implemented and standardized across our Breweries, with strict follow\-up from test and industrial trials through nursing phase to complete product cycle. 4\. Deliver an assurance and excellence program with our Suppliers covering the end\-to\-end supply footprint by developing process audits and all required inspection protocols to prevent any Recall or Severe Quality incidents involving our Liquids, while enhancing the Great Taste experience of our iconic Brands. 5\. Lead and oversee the Quality and Food Safety/Defense/Fraud systems under ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, C\-TPAT Certification Schemes; ensuring CBI’s Breweries perform to the highest standards to protect products, brands, corporate brand integrity, reputation, and consumer experience. 6\. Deliver an assurance and excellence program to achieve Best On\-Shelf/high\-end packaging — ensuring the highest graphic and printing consistency across a wide range of Printers and Technologies, as well as best-in\-market performance at Distribution and Retail for our Brands. 7\. Oversee supply chain Quality across Distribution Centers, Distributors, and Retail footprint. 8\. Oversee all aspects of the Beer Division Consumer Care and US National Field Quality program to ensure the highest levels of product Quality throughout the entire CBBD supply chain and foster continuous prevention and improvement of our processes and systems end\-to\-end. 9\.
