Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, coordinate teams, and ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the warehouse, maintaining high quality standards and zero errors. Sauces) Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary and Benefits * Base salary: $12,000 monthly * Additional performance-based productivity bonus * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Real opportunity for career growth within the company Candidate Profile We Seek * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 25 to 45 years * Education: High school diploma (incomplete or completed) * Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (MANDATORY) * Experience in inventory control and order handling Main Responsibilities * Order picking and dispatch (error-free) * Product packaging, labeling, and scanning * Receiving, unloading, and arranging merchandise * Inventory control (physical vs. system) * Monitoring quality guidelines to prevent returns * Warehouse organization and cleanliness Key Responsibilities (Leadership) * Coordinate the warehouse team for accurate order fulfillment * Supervise that orders are prepared completely and without errors * Maintain order, cleanliness, and discipline within the area * Ensure compliance with operational processes * Identify and correct inventory and operational discrepancies Key Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT) We seek individuals who are: * Responsible and punctual * Assertive enough to lead and manage a team * Organized and disciplined * Detail-oriented (zero errors in orders) * Experienced in actual warehouse operations * Willing to work under pressure Career Growth * Real opportunity for promotion to Warehouse Manager * For those who demonstrate control, leadership, and ability to resolve current departmental issues Work Schedule * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Availability for overtime Work Location Av.
