Complete closing tasks such as storing all reusable supplies, locking doors, sorting supplies, etc. Organize, stock, and maintain work areas. Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene conditions, and organization of assigned stations and service areas. Transport soiled linens to the designated area for laundering, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through continuous cleaning procedures. Assist other departments when necessary to ensure optimal guest service. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all fellow coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination. Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting waist, pulling, and stooping. Navigate sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Climb up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
