**REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Position:** "Minor Maintenance Operator" * **Company:** Opcem, SAPI de C.V. * **Education:** Junior high school * **Experience:** 6 to 12 months of fieldwork, trade, or general assistant experience. * **Essential Knowledge & Skills:** General trade knowledge and ability to operate manual machinery such as shovels, drills, polishers, etc. * **Work Location:** Conservation F1 (T3, T4, and T7 booths) * **Working Hours:** On-site, full-time (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) * **Requirement:** Must reside in areas near the work site. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Carry out all tasks related to routine maintenance. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform painting, electrical repairs, and/or carpentry work on accessories and equipment within company facilities. Conduct periodic inspections to determine required maintenance tasks. * Maintain all equipment necessary to perform the job. * Primarily focus on a variety of maintenance tasks. * Carry out painting tasks, placement of delineators, and repair of signage. * Properly use all personal protective equipment. * Comply with the safety guidelines established by the company. * Participate in talks or trainings mandated by the company.
