**International Trade Analyst**
Tizayuca, Hidalgo – Industrial Park
$23,000 gross monthly
Monday to Friday \| 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
**About the Company**
A Mexican company in the chemical and manufacturing sector, specializing in international operations and regulatory compliance, seeks to hire an International Trade Analyst with experience in imports, exports, and customs coordination.
This position is critical to ensuring operational continuity of the supply chain, guaranteeing the efficient and lawful flow of raw materials and finished goods.
Additionally, this is a role with short-term growth potential into an International Trade Management position, based on performance and results.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate import and export operations.
* Track domestic and international shipments.
* Review and validate customs and logistics documentation.
* Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
* Verify compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
* Monitor customs incidents and cargo release processes.
* Control logistics and customs costs.
* Prepare operational reports and departmental KPIs.
* Coordinate deliveries according to production and customer requirements.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
* 5 to 10 years of experience in international trade.
* Experience handling both imports and exports simultaneously.
* Prior experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is desirable.

* Mexican customs legislation
* Tariff classification
* INCOTERMS
* Working with customs brokers
* Logistics and customs costing
* Hazardous chemical materials
* IMMEX (desirable)
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency
* Experience with SAP and/or Oracle.
