Focus on attention to detail and organization **Job Objective** Provide operational support for uploading, updating, and validating product catalogs on Grupo Inofe’s e\-commerce platform (Odoo), ensuring published information is accurate, complete, and consistent with established guidelines for each brand. **Project Context** Grupo Inofe distributes 17 high-end international brands of fabrics, upholstery, and moldings. Catalog uploads are performed via Excel templates imported en masse into Odoo—not manual, item-by-item entry. Images are obtained directly from each supplier’s portal. The selected candidate will work with pre-defined templates and receive an instruction manual prior to commencement. Advanced technical experience is not required; however, organizational skills, attention to detail, and execution speed are essential. **Main Responsibilities** * Download images, descriptions, and product specifications from supplier portals * Populate Excel templates with product information according to the established format * Execute bulk product uploads into Odoo following the instruction manual * Verify that published information is accurate, clear, and complete * Review correct product categorization within the site * Track and report upload-related incidents or errors to the responsible team * Maintain organized and secure storage of downloaded and processed information * Support final content review prior to publication **Required Profile** **Education** * Completed high school or technical/administrative degree in a related field **Experience** * Proven prior experience in data entry, catalog administration, or operational support * Experience with HTML * Preferred: Experience with e\-commerce platforms (Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (at minimum: tables, filters, and template completion) * Strong Spanish spelling and writing skills * Attention to detail and organizational ability * Ability to follow instructions and meet defined deadlines * Execution speed without compromising quality **Key Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and follow-up capability * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Proactivity in reporting errors or questions promptly * Effective communication with the responsible team **What We Offer** * Temporary project with potential for continuation based on performance * Opportunity to work with high-profile international brands * Project-based compensation Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $13,083\.41 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote, 11700, Bosque de las Lomas, CDMX
