If you have experience leading teams and expertise in high-quality furniture manufacturing, we want to meet you! **What We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $15,000\.00 to $16,000\.00 MXN gross. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 hrs. * **Location:** Ahuizotla, Naucalpan, State of Mexico. **Main Requirements:** * **Experience:** 3 to 7 years in carpentry and at least 2 years supervising personnel. * **Technical skills:** Ability to read blueprints and cut lists, and in-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing. * **Machinery:** Proficiency in operating a panel saw, veneer press, router, and CNC knowledge. * **Availability:** Occasional weekend work as required by project needs. **Your Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute efficient workshop operations (production and quality). * Supervise and train carpentry teams. * Inventory control, material procurement, and supplier relations. * Ensure machinery maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
