At Noria Latin America, a leading company in technical training for industrial maintenance, oil analysis and lubrication, and organizer of one of the most important international conferences on reliability and maintenance, we are looking for our next B2B Consultative Sales Executive. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio. Respond to and follow up on marketing-generated leads. Develop customized technical-commercial proposals. Conduct virtual meetings, phone calls, and email follow-ups until deal closure. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain the CRM up to date. Coordinate with Operations and After-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. Minimum experience: 3 years in B2B or consultative services sales (preferably in the industrial sector or technical training). CRM proficiency. Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Results-oriented mindset and service attitude.
