Requirements: * Final-semester student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering * Availability from Monday to Friday * Proficiency in Notion * Proficiency in Google Calendar * Experience using virtual scheduling tools and digital organization * Ability to coordinate and lead work teams (approximately 10 people) * Proactive, organized, and capable of follow-up. Responsibilities: * Support in construction supervision and monitoring * Coordination and control of operational team activities * Management and organization of work schedules and timelines * Preparation and tracking of reports * Monitoring of project progress * Support in project planning and logistics * Ongoing communication with various departments within the company We offer opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
