Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Developing the necessary test strategies to establish test cycle planning * Applying your analytical ability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills through teamwork. * Establishing Work Plans aligned with system quality processes through effective communication. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * Years of experience: 2–5 years in software testing (manual and/or automated). * Areas of expertise: Experience in Agile, DevOps environments, and requirements management. * Required knowledge: ISTQB methodology; Management tools: Jira, ALM, or similar; SQL usage, test data analysis; Automation with: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.; API testing (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger); Performance testing (preferred), all focused on banking, brokerage, and financial markets environments. * Languages: Spanish required; English desirable * Willingness to travel: NO * Willingness to relocate: NO At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
