Coordinate personnel, manage weapons, and handle incidents **GRUPO MAYA PROTECCIÓN PERSONAL PRIVADA Y EMPRESARIAL SA DE CV is seeking a Security Coordinator in Roma \- Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Plan, organize, and direct security operations across all assigned facilities and services, ensuring protocol compliance, proper management of weapons and equipment, and maintaining high standards of quality, discipline, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Operational Planning: Design security plans, protection strategies, and personnel/resource deployment according to service requirements. * Weapons Control: Supervise and assume responsibility for inventory, safekeeping, maintenance, cleaning, and legal compliance of weapons and ammunition assigned to the company or service. * Personnel Supervision: Coordinate and evaluate the performance of supervisors and guards, ensuring punctuality, uniform compliance, and duty fulfillment. * Customer Service: Serve as the direct liaison with clients to receive reports, address complaints, implement improvements, and ensure service continuity. * Incident Management: Make immediate decisions during risk situations, emergencies, thefts, or conflicts, and prepare executive reports. * Administration: Manage payroll incidents, vacations, staff departures, and new hires. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in criminology, public security, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in coordination roles within private security. * Documentation: Complete documentation, including military service discharge certificate. * Knowledge: Proficiency in handling various types of weapons. * Tools: Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) for report generation. * Availability: Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel across different zones/services. **Competencies:** * Leadership and Command: Ability to lead large teams while maintaining order and discipline. * Strategic Organization: Skill in planning and optimizing human and material resources. * Legal Responsibility: Knowledge of and strict adherence to regulations governing weapon use and carrying. * Conflict Resolution: Excellent judgment, composure, and crisis response capability. * Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal fluency, and negotiation ability with clients and authorities. * Integrity: Honesty, professional ethics, and absolute discretion. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $30,000 MXN (tax-free). * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Work location: CDMX. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Security guards and patrol, surveillance services *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f126ec3700003000ce91ea\&source\=indeed*
