Administrative Coordinator – Logistics Department **Location:** TEPOTZOTLAN **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Full-time Position Objective Coordinate and control the administrative processes within the logistics department, ensuring proper information flow, document control, operational tracking, and compliance with performance indicators to guarantee efficiency across the supply chain and distribution network. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate administrative processes related to logistics, warehousing, and distribution. * Track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicing. * Manage shipping documentation, routes, waybills, and delivery proof. * Supervise data entry and updates in administrative and logistics systems. * Prepare operational performance indicator (KPI) reports. * Manage interactions and tracking with suppliers, carriers, and customers. * Validate logistics expenses and control supplier payments. * Support route and delivery planning and coordination. * Supervise inventories and administrative reconciliations. * Identify areas for improvement in operational and administrative processes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles within logistics or supply chain departments. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with ERP, WMS, or other logistics systems. * Knowledge of document control, invoicing, and operational tracking. * Preferred experience in transportation, distribution, or warehousing. * Strong organizational, analytical, and pressure-management skills.
