Support tender processes and integrate economic proposals. **Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineering **Work Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in unit price analysis, budgeting, and tendering. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Dominio, Opus, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros). * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Construction regulations (Public Works Law, SICT, PEMEX, CONAGUA, etc.). * Labor and machinery productivity rates. * Material costs and market analysis. **Job Objective** The primary objective of the Unit Price Analyst is to develop, analyze, and update unit prices for construction projects, ensuring cost accuracy, tender competitiveness, and compliance with technical and administrative regulations. **Responsibilities** **Unit Price Development** * Develop detailed unit prices according to concept catalogs, technical specifications, and drawings. * Break down direct costs: materials, labor, machinery, tools, and transportation. **Cost Analysis** * Conduct market studies to validate input and service prices. * Calculate indirect costs, profit, financing, and additional charges based on contract type. **Use of Specialized Software** * Operate tools such as **Opus (MANDATORY)**, **Advanced Excel**, and unit price databases. **Tender Support** * Integrate economic proposals for public and private tenders. **Control and Updates** * Maintain updated unit price databases in accordance with market changes. * Review and adjust unit prices during project execution based on actual conditions. **Interdisciplinary Coordination** * Collaborate with procurement, engineering, construction, and administration departments to validate costs and timelines. * Participate in technical meetings and budget review sessions.
