Supervise and coordinate the automotive insurance sales executives team Follow up on leads and commercial strategies to ensure goal attainment Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and team productivity Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to improve sales closures Support negotiations and resolution of customer cases Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up in the system Prepare reports on results and commercial metrics Ensure high-quality service and a customer experience focus Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Rotating weekend rest Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales, telemarketing, or call center supervisor Experience in automotive insurance and lead management Leadership and commercial team management skills Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented mindset and goal-achievement focus Analytical ability and KPI tracking capability Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and decision-making ability Join an innovative and industry-leading team in vehicle protection solutions!. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, responsible person, manager, captain, executive, managing, insurance, insurer, insurance company, call center, teleoperator, telephone operator, telephonist, telephone-based
