




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst for the Field Service Quality Management team, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and communicating the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with standards. Design, document, and improve processes and procedures We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join the Field Service Quality Management (SQM) team. You will be the primary owner of implementing, maintaining, and communicating the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that processes, services, and products comply with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. You will participate in internal audits, continuous improvement initiatives, data analysis, staff training, and process documentation. Main Responsibilities Create, maintain, and sustain the Quality Management System (train, support, and communicate). Conduct internal audits across all functional lines to ensure compliance with standards. Design, document, and improve processes, procedures, work instructions, and matrices. Analyze data, metrics (KPI/OKR), and generate performance reports. Identify root causes of issues and propose corrective/preventive actions.
