Integrated Barista (Espresso & Specialty Bar Specialist) We are looking for a coffee-passionate individual with excellent service attitude and food preparation skills to join our team at Vía Láctea. Main Responsibilities: Coffee Bar Expertise: Extraction of high-quality espresso shots, grinder calibration, and milk texturing for classic beverages (cappuccinos, lattes, etc.). Cold Beverage Preparation: Preparation of frappés and ice-based beverages following house recipes. Crepe Station: Batter preparation, crepe griddle operation, and decoration of sweet and savory crepes. Customer Service: Order taking, product recommendations, and cash handling. Maintenance: Deep cleaning of the espresso machine and general workspace organization. Ideal Candidate: Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in coffee bars or similar roles (crepe griddle experience is a plus). Skills: Speed, cleanliness, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Attitude: Proactive, punctual, and articulate individual. We Offer: Competitive base salary.
