Physical Security / AVSEC Supervisor – Night Shift LSG Sky Chefs – Airline Catering Airport Zone / CDMX Full-time \| Night Shift Description A leading airline catering company is seeking a Physical Security / AVSEC Supervisor for the night shift. This position is critical to ensuring operational continuity, internal control and surveillance, and appropriate incident response, thereby guaranteeing compliance with corporate physical security and AVSEC procedures. Responsibilities * Supervise physical security at SCM facilities: access control, patrols, and CCTV monitoring. * Verify access controls for staff, vendors, and visitors. * Coordinate and respond to incidents and emergencies; prepare reports and conduct investigations. * Ensure compliance with AVSEC procedures. * Verify physical inspections of cargo, sealing, and secure storage prior to delivery. * Guarantee supply chain integrity up to the aircraft ramp. * Control of sharp objects, keys, restricted access areas, and lockers. * Support audits (GAP, AFAC, airlines) and reinforce security training. Requirements * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Preferred: Criminology, Security, or Civil Protection. * 2–3 years of experience in physical security, airport security, logistics, or high-control environments. * Experience supervising operational staff (experience managing unionized personnel preferred). * AVSEC Level 2\. * Proficiency in CCTV operation, cargo inspection protocols, and chain-of-custody procedures. * Report writing skills and intermediate Office software proficiency.
