Position Summary: We are seeking optometrists focused on customer service, consultative sales, and operation of modern optical equipment for a premium ZEISS optical clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training in optical technology and sales We are ZEISS Vision Center by Tutto Vision — a premium optical clinic specializing in visual health, equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and personalized care. We seek optometrists focused on customer service, consultative sales, and operation of modern optical equipment. Essential Requirements * **Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry** (graduated or within 4 months of graduation) * **Technicians and incomplete degrees are not accepted** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as an optometrist in optical retail settings We Offer: * **Starting base salary:** $13,000 \- $14,500 net (based on experience and expertise) * **Salary increases** in the short and medium term * **Ongoing training** in products, sales, and optical technology (including ZEISS technology) * Annual lens support of **$3,000** \+ preferential discounts * Complimentary uniforms * **Work location:** Torre Carracci \- near MB Félix Cuevas (Line 1\) * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday (2–3 rotating days off, depending on season). Required Expertise: * Comprehensive vision examinations and ocular health assessments * Operation of state-of-the-art digital equipment (**ZEISS, Essilor, etc.**) * Knowledge of lens brands, frames, laboratories, and optical technology * Passion for **consultative sales** and **participation in visual health campaigns** * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and service orientation * Professional appearance * **Availability to attend visual health campaigns** in CDMX and Estado de México * Important: **We are a premium optical clinic, not a clinical practice.** Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive vision examinations and assess ocular health * Operate cutting-edge ZEISS optical technology * Prescribe customized vision prescriptions and solutions * Advise patients on visual hygiene, optical products, and solutions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records * Perform consultative sales of lenses and frames * Participate in external visual health campaigns when scheduled Are you interested in joining a **ZEISS Vision Center** and growing your career in a premium optical environment?
