Grupo KASA Automotriz, as part of its growth, has an opening **CALL CENTER COORDINATOR!** ----------------------------- For HONDA SATÉLITE **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary: $12,000 * **Uncapped sales commissions** * Statutory benefits * Internal career development within the group * Savings fund Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM \- Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in SALES * Personnel management experience **(Minimum 1 year)** * Experience with sales performance indicators * Knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA channels * Service-oriented attitude / Initiative **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make outbound calls to customers who visited for the first time to request vehicle information, to assess their satisfaction level regarding the information provided and the service delivered by the Sales Advisor, and record this information in the CRM system. * Make outbound calls to customers who purchased vehicles after 48 hours, to assess their satisfaction level with the vehicle purchase. * Confirm customer order details provided by the Commercial Management Assistant, including Name, Address, Phone Number, and ensure all required documents are complete. * Contact prospects and customers to inform them about (invitations, promotional campaigns, discounts, new vehicle models) to enhance customer loyalty. * Generate the report sent to HONDA, containing information on customers requesting vehicle information, test drives via APV, and retail sales.
