We are over 121\.000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles, including finance specialists, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What Are We Looking For?** ========================== **Main Responsibilities**: * Lead the decision sciences practice by translating business strategic plans into actionable analytical solutions and insights, acting as an expert consultant to address complex end-to-end business needs. * Provide and develop advanced analytical solutions (predictive algorithms, forecasting, simulations) to resolve business problems, managing their implementation with IT and communicating results in business language. * Design, architect, and administer analytics processes and infrastructure, defining strategic initiatives with senior management to drive business performance. **Key Challenges**: Foster innovative analytical thinking, standardize methodologies, and ensure adoption of agile and exploratory practices, while keeping the team updated on the latest industry trends to apply cutting-edge solutions. **Required Experience (Detailed)**: Minimum of 5 years in prescriptive and predictive analytics for managing financial, accounting, and operational KPIs related to contactability and/or collections **Essential Knowledge**: * Experience managing financial, accounting, and operational KPIs related to contactability * Prescriptive analytics; Predictive analytics (historical data, machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence, and statistical modeling) * Forensic analytics; Familiarity with digital tools and media * Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, Spark) **Desirable Knowledge**: * Proficiency in financial, accounting, and operational KPIs related to collections * Master’s degree * Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) If you require any reasonable accommodation\* during your selection process, please inform the recruiter upon first contact.
