Job Summary: Reckitt is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of industrial equipment through maintenance and technical fault analysis. Perform inspections, lubrication, and calibration of industrial equipment Reckitt is looking for its next **Electromechanical Technician** Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of industrial equipment by executing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as technical fault analysis on plant operational equipment systems, thereby ensuring their continuous, safe, and efficient operation. This position is critical to guaranteeing asset availability, reliability, and safety, directly supporting the achievement of production and quality objectives at the Reckitt Atizapán plant. * Conduct periodic inspections of industrial equipment. * Lubricate, adjust, and calibrate components. Verify the condition of motors, pumps, compressors, electrical panels, etc. HVAC (air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust), compressed air systems, water treatment plants, steam systems, and low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems. * Maintain lighting fixtures, electrical panels, and hydraulic networks. Diagnose faults and perform repairs. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment. Apply NOM-STPS standards, industrial safety, and environmental regulations. Report unsafe conditions and incidents. Record activities in the SAP system. Support root cause analysis and improvement proposals.
