We are currently seeking a **Multi-Branch Pharmacy Manager**.
**Job Objective**
Ensure the profitable, orderly, and regulatory-compliant operation of a small pharmacy chain (starting with two units), guaranteeing successful openings, optimal supply, in-store sales execution, hiring of reliable staff, and compliance with health and municipal authority permits.
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise daily operations of each pharmacy: inventory, sales, schedules, personnel, shrinkage, and service standards.
* Define planograms, customer flow, hot and cold zones, and product placement by category.
* Assortment and replenishment.
* Recruit pharmacy managers, assistants, and counter staff; train them in sales, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
* Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, returns, and promotions.
* Manage COFEPRIS registrations, operating permits, sanitary responsible officer appointments, civil protection certifications, and municipal licenses.
* Cash handling, cash counts, daily reporting, inventory reconciliation, and expiration date control.
* Implement promotions, competitive pricing, and strategies targeting socioeconomic segments C and D.

**Requirements**
* Education: Technical or bachelor’s degree in economics-administration, pharmaceutical chemistry, or related fields.
* Courses in retail, pharmacy management, or health regulations. (Preferred)
* 2–5 years of proven experience in **pharmacy operations**, convenience stores, or similar retail environments.
* Demonstrable experience in store openings, inventory management, and personnel oversight.
* Knowledge of COFEPRIS regulations, operating permits, and municipal permits.
* Experience preparing weekly reports on sales, inventory, and compliance.
