Perform various minor repairs including adjusting toilet seats, replacing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and fulfill them; and assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery.
