




Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Cook responsible for shift supervision, with experience in Mexican and Italian cuisine, food production and plating, and staff management. We require: SENIOR COOK RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIFT SUPERVISION Experience in Mexican and Italian cuisine and hand-stretched pizza making (preferred). Food production, mixing, and plating Knowledge of cooking times and proper food storage (FIFO system) Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards Experience in shift closing and staff management Evening shift with one fixed day off per week: Sunday: 2 PM – 10 PM Monday to Wednesday: 3 PM – 11 PM Thursday to Saturday: 4 PM – 11 PM or 12 AM.
