




*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for RH HUNTING company in Coyoacán, Mexico City** Company with over 20 years of experience in clinical diagnostics, molecular biology, and cytogenetics is seeking a **Laboratory Equipment Advisor!** **Work location:** Coyoacán, CDMX (3 minutes from Estadio Azteca). **Modality**: 100% field-based **Requirements:** * Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemist, or related degree **(graduated)**. * 2 to 3 years of experience with clinical laboratory equipment. * Experience visiting and advising clients. * Proficiency with ASPEL SAE software. * Valid **driver's license (mandatory)**. * Availability to travel in the field. * **English proficiency (mandatory)**. **Responsibilities:** * Study, research, and stay updated on clinical studies, protocols, and technologies used by manufacturers. * Identify and evaluate new products to expand the company’s portfolio. * Analyze competitor products to provide commercial support regarding advantages and disadvantages. * Maintain constant communication with clients to offer technical support, resolve questions about protocols and product care, and follow up on reported technical issues. * Conduct visits, demonstrations, validations, and technical accompaniments alongside sales personnel. * Train, evaluate, and retrain clients and internal staff on equipment handling, new protocols, and technological updates, ensuring standardized training presentations. * Support in the selection, evaluation, and training of sales personnel. * Perform monthly client follow-ups to strengthen customer loyalty and report weekly on visits and findings. * Collaborate with the sales department in promoting products at conferences, exhibitions, and webinars, as well as in the technical preparation of bids. * Actively participate in the Quality Management System. **Offer:** * Monthly gross base salary of $18,900 to $20,000 (depending on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Company vehicle. * Travel expense reimbursement. * Training and induction. * Opportunities for career advancement. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays half-day (occasionally). **Desired education level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Chemical Products *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6920dec76c000031001f8fb9&source=indeed*
