We are looking for a **Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Analyst** with an analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing high-volume payroll processes. Join a dynamic company where you can actively contribute to the comprehensive management of human resources and corporate benefits. **What You Will Do:** * Administer and process payroll for approximately 1,200 employees. * Monitor and validate attendance-related incidents: vacations, disabilities, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. * Administer corporate benefits and perks. * Manage agreements with hotels and vendors. * Coordinate flight reservations and logistics for corporate travel. * Assign and monitor corporate vehicles. * Administer and track the savings fund. * Prepare and manage the department’s budget. * Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll and benefits matters. * Generate compensation and cost reports and indicators. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing. * Experience managing payroll for more than 1,200 employees. * Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and labor legislation. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems or payroll software. * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and results-oriented mindset. **What We Offer:** ✨ Competitive salary ✨ Benefits exceeding statutory requirements ✨ Savings fund ✨ Grocery vouchers ✨ Professional development and growth If you’re seeking a new professional challenge and want to join a committed, continuously growing team, apply now!
