Madero, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **PAYROLL ANALYST** **Job Objective:** To correctly and timely administer and execute the organization’s end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations (Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, Income Tax Law [ISR], INFONAVIT), as well as proper control of payroll incidents, personnel movements, and reports related to personnel administration. ### **Key Responsibilities** ### ***Payroll Processing*** * Execute the complete payroll calculation process (weekly, biweekly, or semimonthly, as applicable). * Compile and validate payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.). * Review and validate calculations of earnings, deductions, and taxes. * Prepare and validate payroll receipts. ### ***Personnel Administration*** * Manage personnel movements: + Hires + Terminations + Salary adjustments + Position changes * Prepare final settlements (finiquitos) and severance payments in accordance with current legislation. * Maintain personnel files and employment documentation. ### ***Social Security and Legal Obligations*** * Manage IMSS-related personnel movements (hires, terminations, salary adjustments). * Determine and review employer-employee contribution quotas. * Monitor IMSS disability claims. * Support responses to labor or social security authority requests. ### ***Control and Reporting*** * Administer and update payroll databases. * Prepare payroll reports for accounting and finance departments. * Maintain control of files and databases in Excel or payroll systems. * Perform payroll reconciliations with accounting records. ### ***Compliance and Process Improvement*** * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and applicable tax regulations. * Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes. * Support internal audits or payroll reviews. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field. ### **Experience** * 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration and processing * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Experience managing payroll incidents and personnel movements * Experience calculating final settlements (finiquitos) and severance payments * Experience managing IMSS and labor obligations ### **Technical Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law * IMSS Law * ISR applied to payroll * INFONAVIT and FONACOT * Payroll calculation * Intermediate or advanced Excel * Payroll database management **Proposed Salary Range (CDMX):** * Suggested salary range (gross) **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Oil & Gas **Skills:** * Payroll * Accounting * Administration *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69bdd5033600002f005ccc48\&source\=indeed
