Employee support and compliance monitoring of HR regulations Logistics Operator Rio Valle is seeking its new HR Coordinator. Objective: Coordinate and ensure the proper execution of Human Resources processes within a distribution center, ensuring operational continuity through timely staffing coverage, accurate payroll incident control, legal compliance, and effective employee support—contributing to service levels committed to customers. Responsibilities: * Coordinate weekly payroll processing for operational and administrative staff * Validate incidents with supervisors (absences, tardiness, overtime, bonuses) * Manage affiliation-related transactions with IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, REPSE, ICSOE, and SISUB * Execute mass recruitment to fill critical operational positions * Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and entry documentation * Administer employment contracts and personnel files * Provide direct floor-level employee support (inquiries, conflicts, payroll clarifications) * Coordinate termination processes and disciplinary actions * Supervise attendance control * Monitor disabilities, work-related risks, and absences * Implement strategies to reduce turnover * Ensure effective internal communication * Coordinate organizational events * Generate HR reports and metrics * Monitor RIT and NOM-035 compliance * Complete and track ST-7 forms for work-related risks submitted to IMSS and STPS * Submit the annual determination of work-related risk premium to IDSE; provide payment capture lines for IMSS and INFONAVIT taxes * Manage personnel registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS, SUA, and employment contracts.
